FAQ​

What counts as a trace? One complete LLM interaction: user input through your AI system to final response. Each API call to log an interaction counts as one trace.

What's included in all plans? Custom evaluators, patterns with conditions, topic classifiers, auto-detection, document analytics, and full API/SDK access. Growth adds Slack integration and Google Drive connector.

How do overages work? Fixed monthly fee includes your trace allocation. Additional traces are billed at $0.001 each. No hidden fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade? Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Data and configuration remain intact.
